What counts as a call?
Any inbound call Hollis answers that lasts longer than 10 seconds. Spam calls and hang ups are filtered out and never count toward your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply right away and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I go over my call limit?
Hollis keeps answering. We let you know as you get close, and extra calls are billed at a small per-call rate or you can move up a plan.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?

How do I cancel?
